Donato D. Ignagni Obituary

Donato D. Ignagni, 84, a retired employee for Davol, Inc., passed away surrounded by his loving family Sunday, December 9, 2018 at the Kent Regency in Warwick. He was the husband of the late Mary M. (Ryan) Ignagni. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Vincenzo and Mary (Negro) Ignagni. Donato was the beloved father of Robert J. Ignagni and his wife Deborah, Daniel P. Ignagni, Patricia A. Ignagni, and Maria A. Ignagni and her husband Manny Amaral; loving grandfather of Abigail and Katie Ignagni. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Frank, Michael, Margaret, and Joseph Ignagni.

His funeral will be held Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 10 AM from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation Thursday 9-10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to RI Parkinsons’ Support Association, PO Box 41659, Providence, RI 02940 will be appreciated.
