Dorothy A. (Lawrence) Olivieri, 87, of Coventry passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Providence on July 30, 1931, a daughter of the late Charles and Charlotte (Lafond) Lawrence.
Dorothy was an inspector at the former Leviton Manufacturing Company in Warwick for over 36 years before retiring. She always enjoyed nature and working outdoors.
She leaves three sons, Douglas Olivieri and his wife, Suzanne of Maryland, Michael Olivieri and his wife, Janice of Scituate, and Paul Olivieri of Warwick; five grandchildren, Kenneth Olivieri, Angelina Olivieri, Gabriel Olivieri, Ashley Olivieri, and Alyssa Olivieri; a brother, James Laurent of South Kingstown; and nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joy Yeremian.
A Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited to attend will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 10 am in SS. John & Paul Church, 341 South Main Street, Coventry. Interment will be in the Notre Dame Cemetery in West Warwick. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Arrangements by Potvin-Quinn Funeral Home.
