Dylan David Wood Obituary

Wood, Dylan, David, 18, Went to be with Jesus Sunday, July 8, 2007. Born in Providence, a son of Clark V. Wood, with whom he resided and Jane B. (Pendergast) Cassese of West Greenwich, and stepson of Henry A. Cassese and Elizabeth Blackmar. He resided in Glocester for most of his life and lived in Tennessee from 2002 to 2006. Dylan graduated from Clinton High School, TN, Class of 2006 and was currently enrolled at CCRI in Warwick for computer science. He was employed at Weidele’s Pizza in Sterling, CT for the past 8 months. He enjoyed bike riding, paintball, basketball and sports in general. Dylan had a great sense of humor and loved hanging out and having fun with friends and family. He was the brother of Kyle N. Wood of Glocester and grandson of David and Diane Wood of Foster, Sylvia Pendergast of CT and the late George Pendergast. He leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins who will miss him dearly.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 10 am in the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Ave. (Rt. 44), Greenville. Burial in Hopkins Mills Cemetery, Foster. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 pm.
