Julianna Monteiro Obituary

Julianna Monteiro, 70, of Sparrow Point I, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the Riverview Nursing Home in Coventry. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Leo and Alicia (Olivera) Belmore. Julianna was employed in the jewelry industry. She is survived by one daughter, Dawn Shaw, one son, Frank Monteiro; grandchildren, Julie, Nichole, Amanda, and Holly Monteiro, Kayla Fontaine; great-grandchildren Summer, Gabe, Riley, Landen, Serinty and Lily; brothers, John, Roger, Kenneth, and Leo Belmore, and Victor Luciano; sisters, Cindy, Tina, and Tracy Belmore. She was the sister of the late Carol Benoit, Brenda Belmore, Philip and Allen Belmore.

A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 1-5 PM in the Tri-City Elks Lodge, 1915 West Shore Road, Warwick. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Suite 3004, Warwick, RI 02886 will be appreciated.
