LT. Paul E. Roy Obituary

Roy, Paul E. Lt. PFD (ret.) 63, of E.G., RI and PGI, FL died Sunday at home. He was beloved husband of Kathleen M. (Bligh) Roy, and a son of Robert A. Roy PPD (ret.) and Jeannette M. (Machaud) Roy. Paul was a Airforce Viet Nam Veteran, Lieutenant with the Prov. Fire Dept. and a driver with RIPTA. He was the beloved father of Christopher P. Roy and Laura M. Nicklaus (Logan); brother of Henry Roy (Jane), Michael Roy (Laurie), Helen McGovern (Frank), Annette Rebello (Al), James Roy (Donna DiMeglio), Norman Roy (Lan) and the late Louis Roy.

His funeral will be held Monday, February 2 at 8:30 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Our Lady of Mercy Church, Fourth Avenue, East Greenwich. Burial with military honors in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Sunday 12 -4 pm.
