Sheila F. Jimenez Obituary

Sheila F. Jimenez (Carey), 85, passed away Friday, April 10, 2020 at the Kent Hospital in Warwick. She was the wife of the late Juan A. Jimenez. Born in Newfoundland, Canada, she was a daughter of the late Wilfred and Cecilia (Hipditch) Carey. Sheila was the beloved mother of Paul A. Jimenez, Sharon M. Thomas (late Edwin), John D. Jimenez, Gloria K. Miller (Robert), Cathy L. Jimenez Long (Mark), Barbara J. Paulin and Peggy A. Jimenez. Loving grandmother of Jessica, Michael, Michelle, Shayla, Jamie, Shannon, Heather, Tara, Amy, Joseph, Laura, Courtney, Skylar; and JJ Griffin; also survived by several great-grandchildren. She was the sister of William Carey and late Huey Carey and Margaret Marfil.

Her funeral service will be held in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick, at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the RI Veterans’ Cemetery, Exeter.
