William R. Lauzon, 84, of North Kingstown, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy M. (Tardif) Lauzon.
Born in Biddeford, ME, he was a son of the late Ovila and Emma (Martin) Lauzon.
A twenty year Veteran of the US Navy, he served during the Korean War and in the Vietnam War.
After retiring from the Navy, Mr. Lauzon worked for Electric Boat.
He was a member of the Fleet Reserve, Branch 42; the Quonset-Davisville Yacht Club and the Davisville Seabee Museum. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He loved spending time with his family.
Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Robert Lauzon of PA and Donald Lauzon and his wife Kathleen of VA; and two grandchildren, Lauren and Zachary Lauzon.
A Committal Service will be held at the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
